Phil Miller is a nationally award-winning arts leader, educator, and creative - widely recognized for establishing and transforming arts education programs, building dynamic moments, and developing innovative community-centered arts initiatives and creative spaces.

With over two decades of experience in professional theatre & public arts education, Miller’s diverse expertise spans classroom instruction, school administration, marketing and sales, non-profit leadership and creation, venue design and management, strategic, curricular and staff development, Career Technical Education, and program consulting across the West Coast. A frequent presenter at national conferences, he speaks on topics such as arts accessibility, audience engagement, fundraising, and the impact of new media in the arts and education space. One of his key strengths is his ability to seamlessly align educational strategies with the professional arts industry and currents trends.

Phil has directed, produced or developed over 200 productions, events and dynamic moments. Working with Tony Winners, Grammy & Emmy Winners and at some of the most notable venues across the region - Miller’s varied career continues to develop and grow in notable ways.
